Pastor M. Rochelle Lewis 

She was appointed to serve Destiny Changers as Senior Pastor on July 08, 2007. Prior to that, she served as Service Coordinator and Leader of Evangelist Pruitt and the Prayer Warriors, an evangelistic team at the Greater Bethany Community Church, under the Honorable Bishop R.W. McMurray of Los Angeles, CA.  It is now known as the City of Refuge Church, under the pastorate of the Honorable Bishop Noel Jones, in Gardena, CA. 

The attributes that best describe Pastor Lewis are; a woman of faith, with insight and compassion towards others. Through her preaching, leadership development and counseling, she has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Destiny Changers; where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Lewis, takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of her day focused on Bible study.

Evangelist M Rochelle Lewis was consecrated and Ordained to the pastorate by Rev. Dr. Larry J. Lloyd, of the Spirit of Liberty Global Ministries.

She was blessed to graduate from ELBON Solutions College of Ministry in 2020, with a Doctorate of Divinity degree. She has one daughter and five grandchildren.

Evangelist Baker has been a part of Destiny Changers under the leadership of Pastor M. Rochelle Lewis, D.Div., since 2008. She is the church Administrator (which includes Operations), and Armorbearer. 

She manages day-to-day activities in the administrative office, trains volunteers or staff (keeping them informed of new policies or procedures), and interacts with vendors for goods or services on behalf of Destiny Changers. In addition, Evangelist Baker meets with leaders and staff when necessary, to receive updates or reports from the Pastor.

She also teaches at Destiny Changers and trains those called to serve as Armorbearers in the art of supporting ministry leaders.

Evangelist Baker feels that it has been a rewarding experience to be a part of the Destiny Changers' family: “To God be the Glory, for the things that He has done,” she says. "My desire is for the Lord to continue to touch hearts and enlighten minds as we serve in His kingdom, utilizing our gifts.”
